Well, I tried to get into the dentist + took the day off. Guess what, so did the dentist! Gave me time to I call numerous gov't agencies-Fairfax County food safety (they said they only handle prepared/cooked foods). USDA, and the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. They are going to conduct an inquiry into the matter.
I directed them to the blog for quick photos! Can't imagine how long all this would have take without the net.

 

I believe it was actually the pork, not the turkey. I was sooooooo pisssed! My wife had to call the store to let them know of the safety risk. Some kid was working as the acting manager and didn't know what to do. I couldn't even call as my friggin' mouth was killing me!!! ARRRGGGGGGG!!!!!

2/13/07-Whole Foods sausage nearly killed me! Wife purchased sausage today and made me my favorite reciepe and there was a hunk of metal in the sausage!!!! My mouth is killing me now. Hopefully, I can get an emergency dental appointment tomorrow. Un-friggin' believable. Tomorrow I am call the Fairfax County health department and the USDA's hotline. Might call Consumer Reports, etc. Definately an unsatisfactory meal!
